I see my role in working with you as helping you reach a higher level of healing and consciousness. I do that first by meeting you where you are in the process of change with compassion and without judgment, then by helping you clarifying your own values and hopes, and finally by supporting you through the development of your preferred identity and the implementations of the changes you seek in your life.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, mood disorders, life transitions or PTSD, I am here to help you and walk with you compassionately, supportively and non judgmentally through the journey of healing.

Integrative Practice

Our story affects the way we define our identity and give meaning to our lives. Sometimes our stories become a barrier to living lives to the fullest. I focus on empowering you to re-story your experiences so you can move out of limiting interpretations and arrive at, or renew, your preferred identity that is congruent to your values. My approach, how I view you and your relationship to challenges, and how I believe change happens are through the application of Narrative ideas and concepts, the integration of somatic practices.

Trauma Informed Practice

When it comes to treating trauma, my approach is to pay close attention to your story and integrate in the healing process the dimensions of mind, body and spirit. In my work I support you in a compassionate and safe manner by integrating somatic/body based approaches such as: EMDR, Brain-spotting, IFS and narrative therapy
